Garage Door Painting in Broadbeach Waters: Removing Graffiti and Rust
Integra Paint recently completed a garage door restoration project in Broadbeach Waters on the Gold Coast. The existing garage door had visible graffiti and areas of rust, so the surface required more than simply applying a new coat of paint.
To restore the door, our team sanded back the affected areas, treated the rust with an anti-rust product, sealed the graffiti-affected section with an oil-based coating, and then spray-applied two coats of Haymes SolarShield Low Sheen in Surfmist. The complete garage door painting project was completed in one day.

This residential garage door in Broadbeach Waters needed to be restored because the existing surface had both graffiti and rust. These issues needed to be addressed before painting to give the new coating a properly prepared surface.
Rather than simply covering the existing problems with paint, our team focused on preparing the affected areas first and then applying the new finish.
