What You Can Expect From Gold Coast Painters
We aim to make painting your home a smooth and easy process from the initial meeting to completion. Even before we dip a brush into paint, our residential painting process helps ensure we do our very best for you. Here is what you can expect from the Integra Painting team.
Step 1: DISCUSSION & QUOTE
Book in a free quote. Whether you’re after interior or exterior house painting, simply call us or request a quote and we will come out to your property to look at what is required, make sure we understand what you want to achieve and answer any questions you may have. We’ll get back to you promptly with a professional, easy to understand quotation.
Step 2: SCHEDULING & COLOUR CONSULT
If you decide to proceed, we’ll send you an invoice for a deposit and set a mutually agreed start date. Most projects can start within a few days or weeks depending on the time of year. We have a large team of house painters around Gold Coast so you don’t have to wait months like you do with some other painting businesses.
In addition to the paintwork itself, we offer guidance on the best paint finishes and colours for your space. Your schedule permitting, we’ll book you a complimentary colour consultation and/or ‘colour overlay’ service to help you choose and visualise the perfect colour scheme. This helps to ensure your home looks fantastic and reflects what you envisioned.
Step 3: PREPARATION
Before we start work, we’ll explain the whole painting process, including the preparation.
To provide the absolute best-painted finish for you, we start by moving and covering furniture, removing blinds, and covering carpet and air-conditioning systems to ensure everything is well protected. If we are painting outside, we lay drop sheets where needed in the garden, driveways and paths.
One of the most important things in painting is detailed preparation, and we have honed that down to a proven process. We prepare surfaces thoroughly and know our fillers and paints.
Our preparation process includes comprehensive cleaning to remove anything that might impact the quality of the finish, safely removing pre-existing lead-based paints where necessary, and plastering, sanding, patching up and priming walls to create a smooth foundation.
Meticulous preparation using the best products is key to an outstanding result.
Step 4: PAINTING
Using premium paints, we apply a minimum of two coats to achieve a high-quality finish. Our team of painters will ensure that the job is carried out to the highest of standards.
After we have finished painting your interior or exterior, we will seek your feedback on the job. We always want our customers to be blown away by our work, so if you are not absolutely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to ensure you are 100% happy with your new paintwork.
